                                                         John T. Arechigo
                           
                                                        John was born and raised in Fargo,    
                                                         ND.  He attended the University of     
                                                         Minnesota, where he received a          
                                                         Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political     
                                                         Science and a minor in Criminal         
                                                         Justice.  He is a graduate of               
                                                         Hamline University School of Law,     
                                                         where he was a member of the          
                                                         Hamline Journal of Public Law and     
                                                         Policy and served as student              
                                                         director of the Innocence Project.      
                                                         During Law School, John clerked       
                                                         for a private criminal defense             
                                                         attorney in St. Paul.  Prior to              
                                                         co-founding the Law Office of           
                                                         Arechigo and Stokka, John                
                                                         worked as a criminal  defense            
                                                         attorney in St. Paul.

John has appeared in a number of counties throughout Minnesota, as well as
the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the North Dakota Supreme Court.

                                                       Joshua R. Stokka

                                                      Josh was also born and raised in          
                                                       Fargo, ND.  He attended the                
                                                       University of Minnesota-Duluth            
                                                       where he earned a Bachelor of Arts      
                                                       Degree in Criminology.  During            
                                                       college, Josh clerked at the St.             
                                                       Louis County Attorney's
                                                      Office in Duluth, MN.                         
                                                       He is a graduate of Hamline                  
                                                       University School  of Law.  During      
                                                       law school, Josh clerked at a firm        
                                                       specializing in personal injury and         
                                                       workers' compensation cases.
                                                      After law school, Josh spent a year      
                                                       clerking for the Honorable Jay D.         
                                                       Carlson in the Seventh Judicial             
                                                       District of Minnesota.
