Felony Minnesota Expungement Granted

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office filed an objection to the expungement request. The county attorney appearing at the hearing withdrew the objection after arguments from our lawyer. Judge Trachy granted full expungement relief and ordered all records related to the client’s felony conviction be sealed.

Felony Gun Charge Dismissed

Through negotiations with the county attorney, defense attorney John Arechigo was able to convince the state to dismiss the felony gun charge filed against the client. The state agreed to dismiss the felony gun charge filed against the client after discussions with attorney John Arechigo. We intend to pursue a full expungement of the client’s records.
